The knowledge of organizations is the most valuable asset to ensure its effectiveness, efficiency and competitiveness. The knowledge exists at peoples level (employees skills) but it is also present in the organizational dimension (through the documentation of processes and practices, monitoring the external environment, in the formalization of tacit knowledge into explicit knowledge of the people through manuals and other documents, among others).
Our interventions in the Knowledge Management area are of threefold nature: knowledge management strategies; knowledge management training and implementation of specific actions that could strengthen the knowledge management in organizations.
Interventions in this field aim to provide to the organizations guiding tools, processes and solid skills for the strengthen of the diferent knowledge management processes: identification, construction, organization, storage, transfer, application (or recreation) of knowledge.
EUROSIS has developed a tool for the assessment of organizational maturity levels in terms of knowledge management (Knowledge Management Maturity Model), which allows not only to assess the organization's development stage, as to make the link between knowledge management and other dimensions (strategy, processes, leadership, among others).
EUROSIS has also developed a methodology for embedding knowledge management in the internal processes, ensuring by this way that with little additional effort, is achieved large gains in knowledge management terms.
