Coaching is a structured process that creates conditions for the coachee (person receiving the coaching) can start a deeper dialogue with itself and thus find answers to its development needs and in the process, develop behaviors that become more effective and happier.
Eurosis developed a coaching methodology of sixteen sessions (one per week), with four key inputs to begin the process of reflection and goal setting:
- Critical Competences for the Coachee Function;
- Assessment of Leadership Competencies;
- Personality Profile Assessment based on MBTI instruments, Human Dynamics and Enneagram;
- Assessment of Emotional Intelligence Skills.
In coaching activity that Eurosis has been developing over the past decade, have participated top executives of companies and public organizations, leaders at different levels, managers that are preparing for new challenges of leadership, employees in career transition.
EUROSIS also uses a coaching methodology known as Clean Language, which allows the coachee to develop fully, in their cognitive, emotional and body components, by exploiting the metaphors you use in day-to-day to represent their reality. This methodology is particularly relevant in times when there is a need to make complex decisions of life and work, in the integration of different aspects of life, in situations where the coachee needs to learn to deal with their emotions more effectively or, even in situations of vicious cycles of behavior or relationship.
