EUROSIS has facilitated and supported the formulation of various development programs in Mozambique. Among them: the Development Program of Maputo Municipality (PROMAPUTO 1 and PROMAPUTO 2), the formulation of the P-13 (in 2007) to support of 13 municipalities on central and northern of Mozambique, the formulation of the Accountability Program and Rule of Law of the European Union (in 2011/2012), among others.

Through methodologies, tools and facilitation techniques, the Program or Project Formulation follows these great steps:
