The Operational Planning allows you to translate the strategy into immediate action, making therefore the connection between the ambition of medium-long term and the short-term actions. The Operational Planning also allows to create a strong mechanism of accountability, either in the definition of the responsibilities of implementation, either in subsequent monitoring.

The operational planning process allows allows further to check, in practical, in which extend, the structure and implemented projects follows the set out strategy (as well as the review needs in the Strategy).
