About the Project

Local Capacity Development is a a 4 year Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) implemented through short term (12 to 24 months) Task Orders.

USAID’s Local Capacity Development (LCD) initiative in Mozambique aims at improving the capacity of local organizations. This includes governance, leadership and management components using the best possible organizational and technical standards.

EUROSIS has implemented two Task Orders and is currently implementing another two, benefitting a total of 10 USAID local partners.
