Strategic Planning for Digital Transformation
Digital transformation succeeds when it is driven by strategy, not by technology. Our team helps organizations think clearly about their information needs, data architecture, system priorities, and digital roadmap — before committing to tools or platforms.
We have been working at the intersection of organizational strategy and information systems since 1999, when we developed strategic IS plans for Telecomunicações de Moçambique and the Ministry of Health, and our experience since then spans government institutions, international NGOs, development programs, and private sector companies.
Our strategic planning for digital transformation starts with a deep understanding of the organization's processes, data flows, reporting requirements, and capacity constraints. We work with leadership teams to map the current state, define the target information architecture, prioritize system investments, establish data governance principles, and plan for implementation and change management.

Our team develops tailored digital systems — databases, web applications, dashboards, mobile data collection tools, and workflow management platforms — that are fit for purpose, built for the people who will use them, and sustainable over time.
For 25 years, we have delivered custom digital solutions for clients across sectors. For a World Bank Decentralization Project, we developed an integrated system covering grant lifecycle management for over 300 grants totalling $50 million across 22 municipalities, field data collection for 50+ supervisors, a citizen-facing grievance and complaints portal, and interactive public reporting dashboards. For Focus Fistula, we designed and implemented a digital patient registry system. For PLASOC-M, we built an online member directory and approval system. For several NGOs, ENH, AIAS, and other organizations, we developed activity and indicator monitoring systems with data visualization dashboards.
We also develop institutional websites. Every system we deliver is accompanied by user training, documentation, and ongoing technical support — because a system is only as valuable as the people who can confidently use it.
