Overview and Experience
Civil society organizations are at the heart of our work. Over more than 25 years, we have supported dozens of local and international NGOs across Mozambique in strengthening their organizational systems, improving their management practices, and growing their capacity to deliver impact. Our services to NGOs span strategic planning, HR systems, financial management, MEL systems, digital transformation, organizational assessments, training, and facilitation.
We have conducted organizational assessments and provided capacity development support to over 50 Mozambican civil society organizations, including strategic plans, HR systems, MEL systems, financial management systems, and digital tools.
International and National organizations we have worked with include: Save the Children, PSI, ActionAid Mozambique, CARE, OXFAM, N'weti, ADPP, BIOFUND, CIP, IESE, CESC, PIRCOM, Focus Fistula, Wiwanana Foundation, and many others in building the organizational foundations for sustained impact.
