Overview and Experience

We bring the same rigor and participatory approach we apply in the development sector to private sector clients — helping companies think strategically, plan operationally, and strengthen their people management and organizational systems. Our private sector work has encompassed strategic planning, HR assessments, operational planning, logistics studies, client satisfaction surveys, and facilitation of strategic reflection processes.

Notable engagements include supporting TotalEnergies Mozambique in developing the strategy for its Local Content Department, facilitating strategic reflection and HR assessments for the Nacala Logistics Corridor (CLN), and supporting the operational planning of CDN and CEAR. We have also conducted a comprehensive logistics study for SASOL and a client satisfaction survey covering 3,000 respondents for Mozambican Airlines.
