Education Sector

Overview and Experience

Our education sector engagements have spanned Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) reform, evaluations of literacy and education programs, strategic planning of education institutions, and facilitation of multi-stakeholder dialogue and coordination processes. We bring both quantitative research capacity and qualitative analytical depth to education assignments, combining field surveys, stakeholder interviews, and systems analysis.

Notable work includes three consecutive deep learning studies for USAID programs, a baseline study for the TVET Reform covering all provinces, and the evaluation of ISCISA's strategic plan. We have also supported the facilitation of Mozambique's application to the Global Partnership for Education (GPE) — a year-long process — and facilitated sector-wide dialogue on the FASE Memorandum of Understanding between the Ministry of Education, development partners, and civil society.
