Development challenges don't respect sector boundaries - and neither do we. Over 25 years of work across Mozambique has given us deep, cross-cutting expertise across several sectors: Government, Local and International NGOs, Development Agencies, Private Sector, Health, Education, Municipal Development, Government External Controls, amongst others.
What makes this breadth genuinely valuable is the connections it creates. Working simultaneously with development agencies and the government institutions they support gives us a rare understanding of both sides - making us better placed to bridge them when it matters most. Working across Health and Education means lessons and tools flow between sectors. Working with both central government and municipalities means we understand the dynamics between them - and can help find solutions that are durable in practice, not just effective on paper.
