With over 150 facilitated workshops and learning events across 25 years, our experience spans strategic planning retreats, annual reviews, after-action reviews, co-creation sessions, multi-stakeholder consultations, pause-and-reflect processes, and Collaboration, Learning, and Adapting (CLA) events. We bring structured, participatory, and adaptive facilitation to every engagement — carefully designed around clear objectives and a genuine understanding of the group dynamics, organizational contexts, and power relations at play.

Our clients include the World Bank, USAID, UNICEF, GIZ, Swiss Development Cooperation, the United Nations, Oxfam, FUNAE, SNV, AIAS (now Instituto de Águas), FIPAG (now FIPAAS), Maputo Municipality, among others. Our experience ranges from mid-year reviews and portfolio reviews to strategic reflection processes for multiple UNICEF sections and the Embassy of Ireland's Mission Strategy Process in Mozambique and Tanzania.
